Installation of 2 new membrane manufacturing machines in live production area. These projects include full main panel and local panel installation, Hycon stainless steel containment, ATEX certified motors and controls, all instrument wiring, IQ, OQ, PQ testing and commissioning.
We have carried out many new reactor and vacuum skid installations at various pharmaceutical plants over 28 years. We have been involved from design-installation-qualification-operational stages in nearly all of these projects.
We had a co-operation & maintenance agreement with Glatt Inox a Swiss dryer manufacturer for many years and worked on many installation projects with them, including Irotec Pharma Ltd, Janssen Little Island and Conti Pharma Belgium.
Total E&I installation of new Facilities building and Switch Room at Cambrex Pharma in Cork. This project included HT/LT transformer installation, all sub main panel installation and inter wiring, lighting, power, motor controls, fire alarm and data networks in this new building.
We were involved in many energy saving projects in both Merck Millipore and Recordati Ireland Group. These projects include analysis of cost, savings, usage, 3D reports of lighting levels of areas, energy monitoring of machines and V.S.D. temporary installation to show cost savings.
